• Saturday 4th May - Highland Perthshire Enduro: All the best bits from one area of Highland Perthshire in one ride. This mtb Enduro brings you lung puffing uphills, technical downhills, fast fire road, and above all else the chance for a fun ride with your mates. The course is approx 49km long and there will be several timed stages, prizes and maybe even a party. Hold on to your helmets the first Highland Perthshire Enduro is here! ENTRIES are now live! • Saturday 4th May (10am-4pm) - Highland Safaris Go Bike Day: Fun filled Go Bike Day from 10am - 4pm, completely FREE to attend with a host of two-wheeled activities and events, for all ages and abilities. • Sunday 5th May (9am-dark) - Progression Bikes FREE timing on all DH uplifts. With several routes and multiple lines down the hill it is a great chance to race your mates, hone your skills and top the board. • Sunday 5th May (11am-approx 3pm) - Girls on Tour: A relaxed ride for women and girls with an experienced guide. About 25 miles of flattish riding with lots of stops for chat, snacks, lunch and coffee. Bring your own packed lunch and we will stop for coffee. Meet 11am at Dunolly Adventures, Aberfeldy. £6.50pp. To booking click here.

• Monday 6th May (10am) - Dunolly Adventures Bike Adventure Day:Take a day to get out and explore some of Perthshire's most stunning countryside on a guided bike ride through Griffin Forest, enjoying a variety of different trails and getting up close and personal to the new wind turbines! Meet us at our centre in the morning for tea, coffee and an introductory meeting. We will then drop you and your guides at the start of your adventure, provisioned with a picnic lunch. Whilst you are out and about we'll be fixing up a much deserved barbeque for you to devour on your arrival back at the centre. We will tell you what kit to bring when you book, but we will provide all specialist and safety equipment that you need. You can choose to ride one of our bikes or bring your own. • Monday 6th May (6pm) - Tay Titans Fun Night: The Tay Titans youth cycle club are having a Fun Night of games, races and obstacles. This event is open to all (parents welcome), come along and enjoy the fun and find out more about the Tay Titans. Bring a bike! Refreshments provided.

• Tuesday 7th May (from 7pm) - Comrie Croft: Strathearn Mountain Biking Club invite you join us for our annual Barbeque Bike Ride at Comrie Croft Bike Trails. Basically a fun blast round some trails, followed by a sausage and burger fest. Rides will be led by qualified local experts, and there will be different levels of ride to cater for all abilities. Come and try out the skills park, or tackle our challenging hand built singletrack. Friendly, informal and fun.

• Tuesday 7th May (6pm-9pm) - Progression Bikes DH taster session: Your chance to try out the Uplift service for downhill mountain biking, for free! New to downhill? Not sure if the Uplift is worth it? Didn’t know it was there? This is your chance. Suitable for off road cyclists, intermediate or expert. Any bikes suitable but full suspension recommended. • Wednesday 8th May (6.30pm) - ByCycle: ByCycle opens its summer series of leisurely Wednesday evening rides with a family ride around Birnam. The ride starts from the Birnam Institute at 18.30 and follows the Tay from fishing hut to fishing hut, through the Hilton grounds, a distance of around 8 miles. Afterwards some people may wish to stay on for a drink and a chat at a local inn.

Pre-registration for the ride will be available nearer the time on www.bycycle.org.uk under Summer Rides. However, there will also be registration on the night.
• Wednesday 8th May, 6.30pm - Escape Route - Back to Nature (natural trail riding): An exciting quick paced guided xc ride of some of Highland Perthshire’s great natural trails. This guided ride will be an intermediate level xc ride of approx 2-3 hours with plenty ups, downs, singletrack and brilliant scenery! £6.50pp. To book click here.

• Thursday 9th May (7.30pm) - Locals ride: A group of local mountain bikers heading out on a sociable medium paced mtb ride near Aberfeldy. Meet at the Ailean Chraggan hotel, Weem. Please note this is not a guided ride and the local riders nor Highland Perthshire Cycling take any responsibility for this event.
• Thursday 9th May (7-9pm) - Skinny Tyres - Tour of the Lochs: an evening guided road ride of 2 hours (approx 25 miles) from Dunkeld. Suitable for beginner/intermediate road riders with their own road bike. Meet at the Taybank, Tay Terrace, Dunkeld, PH8 0AQ. £6.50pp. Booking essential - click here.
• Friday 10th May (3.30-7pm) - Dunolly Adventures Open Afternoon with Pump track and BBQ: A special Open Evening just for the Highland Perthshire Cycling festival, in the style of our popular Open Afternoons! From 3.30pm not only will there be bouncy castles up, free climbing, and face painting, but also a FANTASTIC BIKE OBSTACLE course including PUMP TRACK! As well as all that, the Cycling Centre will be having a special discount evening, with many items on offer, and maintenance staff on hand to give you advice on looking after your bike! In the background a hot BBQ will be sizzling away with Dunolly Burgers, and in the cycling centre stacks of yummy Homemade cakes will be waiting! Pop in on the way back from school/work, or join us later!

• Friday 10th May (8.30pm-10.30pm) - The Film Night: The Birks Cinema are hosting an exciting evening of cycling films, both amateur and professional. The amateur films have all come from local riders/film makers. We have some cracking films including a talk from 2 Scottish cyclists who cycled coast to coast in the States, a cycle adventure in Shetland, a Himalayan cycle tour, plus some other great films to inspire. Come along for an evening of armchair cycling in the brand new Birks Cinema. Tickets available soon from the Birks Cinema website.

• Saturday 11th May (11am-4pm) - The BIG Day: as it says on the tin this is the BIG Day. A family, fun filled day of cycling to round up the week of activities. This year there will be a whole host of entertainment from cycling display teams, demos, try-outs, shopping opportunities and much more!
